GEA Systems North America is seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex projects while upholding quality standards. You will coordinate internal teams and the customer, acting as the main point of contact from kickoff to FAT and SAT.

The role requires a Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, with experience in an international environment and strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a project management environment is a plus.
• Experience working in an international environment with跨地区 and countries.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for contract management of a project including: Project governance according to the project quality plan
• Budget & timing control
• Cash flow control
• Evaluation & mitigation of project risks
• Calculation & issuing of project change notes when required
• Reporting the project status on a monthly basis to the site management
• Guidance of the cross-functional project team: Communication of customer requirements
• Organizing and leading follow up meetings with department leads
• Ensuring all team members are aligned on to do's & timelines
• Single point of contact to the customer from kick-off over FAT to SAT
• Managing customer expectations & translating those into the organization
• Assuring customer satisfaction
• Organizing & leading monthly steering committee meetings with customer & GEA
• Assists in continuous improvement exercises in the department
