Biopharma Careers is offering a Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op position in Beerse, Belgium, within an international healthcare environment. You will support management communication, assist with travel planning, and help optimize internal channels such as SharePoint.

You will participate in campus events and departmental projects, bringing creativity and digital skills to drive process improvements while gaining hands-on experience in a global company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and seeking hands-on experience.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to the global management team with a focus on stakeholder communication.
• Organize and plan international trips by analyzing needs and aligning objectives.
• Optimize and manage internal communication channels such as SharePoint; ensure security and accessibility.
• Contribute to development and design of global internal communications, including newsletters.
• Organize campus events with detailed plans and budget oversight.
• Support departmental projects by applying digital skills for process improvements.
