Super in Belgium is looking for an International Program Analyst to join its International Programs team. You will support market entries, platform migrations, and cross-area product programmes from scoping through go-live, working closely with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to ensure programmes are clearly scoped, well-coordinated, and delivered with quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business, programme or analyst role within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of sports betting and gaming regulations, or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to turn regulatory and technical requirements into clear scope and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time-management and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Own scoping from intake through sign-off, translating inputs into clear requirements.
• Produce documentation for market entries and platform migrations to support compliance and product development.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to ensure scope is understood and aligned with timelines.
• Maintain scoping and decision documentation, capturing changes, risks and rationale for governance and audit needs.
• Develop strong working relationships across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Security, AML and Technical Compliance.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities and outcomes.
• Align programme work with the organisation's broader strategic direction and build platform knowledge to identify scope gaps.
