TekniPlex in Belgium seeks a Product Manager EU to lead and manage the product line using a market-based approach. This role covers end-to-end product line ownership including strategy deployment, roadmap development, and global portfolio management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Communications; develop competitive insights, drive launches, pricing and go-to-market plans; and work across regions with a focus on growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing or commercial management.
Experience in packaging, specialty chemicals or other manufacturing industry required.
Experience across multiple regions or global organizations preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required - Master is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

Own and maintain the product plan including current portfolio ownership and future opportunities.
Analyze portfolio performance metrics and translate data into strategic actions.
Own the product roadmap with a 3-5 year horizon for new introductions and portfolio changes.
Establish and monitor product launch KPIs including adoption and gross margin.
Develop competitive benchmarking and VOC research to identify unmet needs.
Prepare business cases and define pricing strategy and rebate governance.
Develop go-to-market launch plans and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with Demand Gen and Corporate Communications for sales tools.
