Proximus Global seeks a Product Director, Programmable Voice to own the end-to-end product journey for a global L4 voice solution. You will lead a cross-functional team across BICS, Konera and Telesign, shaping strategy, roadmap and monetisation to compete with tier-1 API platforms.

The role targets SMB and mid-market customers, with a focus on AI-enabled, scalable voice capabilities and regional adaptability across Europe, North America, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in CPaaS/UCaaS, voice or API platforms with international scale.
• Track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield environments.
• Experience with self-serve, product-led and SDK-led distribution for SMB/startup buyers.
• Strong pricing design, business case construction and margin management.

Responsabilités

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch to global scale.
• Define roadmaps, budgets and platform architecture decisions for a greenfield stack.
• Collaborate with CTO/Engineering and GTM teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies across regions.
• Drive KPIs like activation, time-to-first-call and ARR per customer.
