Soleras seeks a Global Procurement Manager to develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, metals, components and services across its international operations.

You will manage relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide, negotiate agreements and lead qualification processes. The role requires strong negotiation, supplier mgmt, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality and R&D, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing, sourcing or procurement.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and helpful language skills (Dutch, French or German).

Responsabilités

• Develop sourcing strategies for raw materials, precious metals, technical components and services.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide and negotiate agreements.
• Lead supplier qualification processes and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze market trends, prices and supply risks to support decisions.
• Drive cost reductions while ensuring quality and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Quality, R&D, Logistics and Business Managers.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and provide reporting and market insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals regulations and standards.
