Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years in Procurement Management, preferably in international manufacturing/chemical industry.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the procurement team and daily activities.
• Oversee demand understanding and purchasing across raw materials, components, and indirect spend categories including facilities and office-related procurement.
• Coach team to strengthen strategic, tactical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Monitor market pricing trends to support strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in inter-company supply and logistics with regional colleagues.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts and pricing negotiations.
• Provide input into regional monthly SIOP meetings and KPI reporting.
