prado is seeking a plant manager to lead our production and warehousing teams on the ground. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, translating plans into flawless execution and ensuring our international supply chain performs to the highest standard.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Industrial/Commercial Engineering, 5–10 years in operations leadership, and hands-on leadership with ERP experience (Odoo).

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in operations, production or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong people leadership with hands-on mentality.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo) in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production and warehousing operations on the shop floor.
• Translate supply-chain plans into robust schedules across production and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Manage and develop production and warehouse teams with clear priorities and standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs like service level, productivity, scrap, rework, OTIF.
