An international NGO in Brussels seeks a Partnerships & Resource Mobilisation Advisor to lead fundraising efforts and build partnerships. This role involves project development support for East Africa and Southeast Asia, along with overseeing the organization's private sector strategy. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project development or resource mobilisation.
• Proven track record in developing proposals and building networks.
• Knowledge about private sector partnerships and sustainable practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a major asset.

Responsabilités

• Support development and monitoring of resource mobilisation strategies.
• Provide hands-on support in identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
• Develop and oversee Trias’ global private sector strategy.
• Represent Trias in relevant networks and events.
