Job summary

bnode offers a two-year operations traineeship in Belgium, starting in September 2027. Fresh masters join three teams across sorting centers, mail distribution, and center of expertise, taking on diverse projects and roles while rotating.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Max 1 year of work experience.
• Willingness to relocate and work across Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across operations teams (sorting centers, mail distribution, operations' centers of expertise).
• Contribute to projects and lessons learned in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Work under mentorship to develop leadership and change-management skills.
