You will rotate through three business units, applying your knowledge in Finance, Strategy, Sales, Digital Marketing, Human Resources, IT and more while receiving mentorship from experienced leaders.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, international group, with a strong focus on social and environmental sustainability and a competitive salary

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and French preferred.

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across three business units.
• Take on roles or projects in Finance, Strategy, Sales, Digital Marketing, HR, IT and more.
• Receive mentorship and engage in development programs while contributing to key initiatives.
