You will lead improvement initiatives, standardize best practices, and drive digital transformation across our network to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational efficiency.

You will work with teams across regions, applying OE methodologies, building strong partnerships, and translating insights into measurable business impact while traveling to rental

Qualifications

• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience in operations, service, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, customer-focused mindset with hands-on execution.
• Growth mindset, curious and eager to learn.
• Proficient in English.
