Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking an experienced OMP Solution Consultant to support international clients in transforming their end-to-end supply chain planning. You will hands-on configure OMP modules, design solutions, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in forecasting and operational performance.

Responsibilities include translating requirements, conducting tests with business teams, and leading change adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience transforming supply chains.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Drive configuration and deployment of OMP modules (Forecasting, S&OP, Operational Planning).
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Hands-on design and configuration of OMP functionalities (pyramids, conflicts, dashboards).
• Validate solutions through unit testing, SIT and UAT with business teams.
• Provide user training and change adoption to ensure go-live success.
