AIESEC Mexico offers a one-year traineeship in Brussels with a focus on Global Omnichannel Field Enablement. You’ll manage tickets, triage requests, and coordinate follow-ups between markets and delivery teams in a collaborative international setting.

Expect hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing technology while gaining visibility across global teams. The role emphasizes process documentation, status updates, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Background in Marketing or Software development is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and triage tickets for Field Enablement.
• Coordinate follow-ups between markets and delivery teams.
• Maintain clear process documentation and FAQs.
• Share status updates with stakeholders.
• Support CRM, CLM presentations, emails and digital content requests.
• Route requests and escalate when needed.
• Track ticket status and ownership through closure.
