Job summary

Vestas Wind Systems is seeking a Dispatcher to join the Global Capacity & Master Planning team, supporting offshore sites. You will analyse service orders, align resources, and communicate with technicians and customers across the Benelux.

The role requires experience in technical planning in a technical environment, and proficiency with IT systems such as SAP. Belgium-based living near Oostende is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical planning or a dispatcher role, obtained in a technical environment.
• Good IT skills. Worked with SAP Collaborates well.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and prepare service orders for technicians and obtain technical approval.
• Plan, level out and assign works for territory and tasks to match needs and skills.
• Define resources needed for service orders with Supervisors (competencies, materials, tools).
• Bundle and optimise work order composition.
• Daily communication with technicians, technical support functions, and customers.
• Identify improvements and plan future tasks strategically.
