Job summary

Embecta Corp. seeks a Master Data Specialist to own data foundations, enable reporting, and empower decision-making across 100+ countries.

You will integrate Salesforce, IQVIA, SAP, and other data sources into a centralized environment, driving data quality and governance with automation and AI enhancements. You will collaborate with Commercial Excellence, IT, Finance, and regional teams to standardize processes, support Salesforce data management, and deliver actionable business insights

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and data quality structures.
Experience with data governance, integration, and automation in a multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL processes connecting Salesforce, IQVIA, SAP, and other data sources.
Develop automated, schedule-based data pipelines with robust error handling and alerting.
Centralize all locally purchased data assets into a single environment.
Support the Monthly Business Review (MBR) data pipeline and reporting infrastructure.
Maintain and update global account hierarchies and territory mappings; enforce naming conventions.
