Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking a Business Process Expert Master Data to drive data governance and standardization across the SPARK transformation program. You will support data cleansing, migration, testing and training to ensure high data quality.

Based in Belgium, the role requires collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders, with a focus on ensuring consistent master data definitions and continuous improvement throughout global roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management and governance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.
• Experience in international/multinational environments.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Support data stewards in standardization and governance.
• Lead local data gathering and cleansing during roll-outs.
• Participate in data migration, testing and training.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live.
• Act as primary contact for master data questions and governance.
• Ensure consistency of master data and glossary definitions.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement in data processes.
• Collaborate with process experts and technical partners.
