Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking a Business Process Expert Master Data to drive data governance and standardization across the SPARK transformation program. You will support data cleansing, migration, testing and training to ensure high data quality.

Based in Belgium, the role requires collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders, with a focus on ensuring consistent master data definitions and continuous improvement throughout global roll-outs.

Your role

As Business Process Expert Master Data, you will play a key role in the global SPARK transformation program within Atlas Copco Specialty Rental. SPARK is our strategic initiative to implement a future-proof application landscape across Salesforce and SAP, harmonizing and standardizing end-to-end business processes worldwide. In this role, you will support the successful execution of master data cleansing and migration activities, ensuring data quality, standardization and alignment throughout global roll-outs. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical partners and regional teams to support the implementation of the SPARK template across our global organization.

You will

• Support data stewards across Specialty Rental in driving data standardization, governance and alignment.
• Lead local data gathering and cleansing activities during roll-outs and guide key users in applying established tools and processes.
• Participate in data migration, testing and training activities to ensure successful implementation and sign-off.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live and help regional teams sustain high master data quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for master data related questions, improvements and governance topics.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of master data and business glossary definitions across Specialty Rental entities.
• Promote sustainable solutions, automation and continuous improvement in all master data processes.
• Collaborate with business process experts, project teams and technical partners throughout the implementation journey.

To succeed, you will need

You have experience in master data management and data governance processes and obtaind a a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is considered a strong asset.
• Experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A structured and methodical approach with strong organizational capabilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset combined with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Boom (Antwerp, Belgium), but Zaragoza (Spain) can be considered.
