Pfizer Belgium is seeking an experienced professional to oversee archiving completeness and transport document compliance for Global Logistics. You will drive process automation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation meets EU GDP/GMP and local regulations, leveraging digital tools and AI where applicable.

In this hybrid role, you will manage performance metrics, collaborate with Tax, Quality, Transportation, and external partners, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in transport or supply chain operations
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Responsabilités

• Maintain timely archiving completeness of commercial, transport and customs documents
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve gaps and issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in archiving and transport documentation
• Monitor outsourced service provider performance and report on metrics
