Arcadis is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to own the electrical scope from concept through detailed design for complex projects. You will collaborate with diverse teams worldwide and act as the go-to electrical expert for clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvements to deliver impact across industrial facilities, data centers, offices, and electrification initiatives—locally and internationally. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial or commercial environments.
Proficiency with ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, Revit is an asset.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
