TVH Parts Holding NV in Belgium invites recent graduates to join its IT & Data Management Trainee Program. This two-year international development role includes four assignments across IT and data disciplines, onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to global operations.

You will work on digital transformation projects, governance tasks, and potential international placement (US). The program values proactive problem solving, Dutch and English fluency, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Freshly graduated master, preferably in engineering, (information) technology, economics or business.
• Willing to travel or relocate for 4 to 6 months (probably US).
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in IT & Data digital transformation projects across disciplines.
• Contribute to governance, project & portfolio management, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Gain experience through assignments in Belgium and the US and through mentorship.
