Job summary

Original Composites & Fiberglass seeks an experienced IT Application Migration and Transition Leader to drive the migration of hundreds of applications from a TSA environment into a new independent IT setup. You will coordinate scoping, sourcing, implementation, deployment, transition, and ongoing support across finance, sourcing, supply chain, R&D, manufacturing, and more.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
6–10 years of IT application delivery, migration, or transformation experience.
Experience leading application migration, divestiture, TSA exit, or global technology transformation.
Strong understanding of SaaS, hybrid, on-premise, and vendor-managed applications.

Responsibilities

Manage application transition activities across multiple business domains.
Define requirements, transition approach, migration scope and support models with stakeholders.
Lead planning workshops, readiness reviews, and risk assessments for migration.
Coordinate vendor selection, contracts, and third-party planning for migrations.
Ensure hosting, connectivity, security, and compliance requirements are addressed in migration plans.
Support TSA exit planning and communicate progress to leadership.
Prepare environments, data flows, testing, training, and documentation for deployment.
Oversee transition to steady-state operations and incident management.
