Deceuninck is seeking an Internal Auditor to strengthen its global internal audit team. You will join the Internal Audit Manager to cover Deceuninck locations across Europe, North America, South America, Türkiye and Australia, delivering audits and testing controls.

The role requires a master's in business, at least 3 years in a Big 4, travel 10–15%, and fluency in Dutch and English. The company offers salary, development programs, and a culture built on initiative, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business as a minimum education requirement.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
• Willingness to travel to abroad Deceuninck entities (10–15%).
• Interest in processes, internal controls and risk management.
• Hands-on, autonomous, and a strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Provide internal audit services covering Deceuninck locations worldwide.
• Plan and execute audits with efficient methodologies and quality.
• Evaluate design of processes and internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Document audit work and report findings with recommendations.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation.
