Beaulieu International Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Group Internal Audit Director to lead and strengthen our Internal Audit function across the international group. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, enhancing governance, risk management and the internal control environment.

Reporting to the Audit Committee and functionally to the CFO, you will coordinate a co-sourcing model with external partners, drive IT and cyber security, data analytics, ESG/CSRD

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior internal audit and risk governance.
• Proven track record leading multi-entity audits in an international group.
• Strong communication with Audit Committees and Boards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a risk-based Internal Audit strategy.
• Lead audit plan across the organisation and international entities.
• Deliver audits using a co-sourcing model with external partners.
• Drive IT, cyber security, data analytics, ESG/CSRD, fraud audits.
• Report to Audit Committee on results, weaknesses, risks and progress.
• Advise management on governance, risk and controls.
