AB InBev is seeking a Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager for the Global Innovation, Strategy and Performance team in Belgium. You will drive portfolio governance, enable execution, and manage KPI reporting across global and zone teams.

As the owner of Pegasus and digital platforms, you’ll lead platform adoption and continuous improvement of the innovation system. The role requires a university degree and 5+ years in supply chain management or related consulting, with strong

Qualifications

University degree (IT, Business, Economics, Engineering/Technical).
Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Supply Chain Management.
Experience managing complex projects with risk; advantageous for product/process development.
Experience in equipment or process development in processing industries is helpful.
Brewing/beverage industry experience is a plus.
Strong leadership to drive value creation and talent development.
Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

Set up, manage and improve Global Project Governance & Execution pre-launch.
Oversee Global Approval Committee and health of the innovation portfolio.
Coordinate with global and zone teams for portfolio enhancement.
Act as SPOC for global and zone functions; manage business cycle and digital platforms.
Lead adoption of Pegasus and other digital platforms; drive digital change.
Support training and knowledge sharing across the innovation community.
