Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Head of Network Infrastructure for a globally distributed organization undergoing a technology and transformation journey. You will define and deliver the worldwide infrastructure and network strategy while ensuring operational excellence across regions.

Lead a global team, drive modernization across network, cloud, datacenter and workplace services, and collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, vendors and business leaders to align technology priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global infrastructure and network roadmap.
• Establish technology standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive modernization initiatives across network, cloud, datacenter, workplace, and infrastructure services.
• Ensure alignment between technology priorities and business objectives.
• Oversee delivery and lifecycle management of global infrastructure and network services.
• Ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability across environments.
• Monitor service quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business-critical operations through resilient and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure infrastructure and network services meet security standards.
• Support compliance, risk mitigation, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Contribute to the protection of both corporate and operational environments.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and technology partners.
• Oversee contract performance, service quality, and budget management.
• Work closely with business leaders, enterprise architects, and regional IT teams to prioritize initiatives and investments.
• Lead and develop a global team of infrastructure and network professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability development and succession planning within the organization.
