Too Good To Go is seeking a Global Director of Logistics & Fulfillment to lead end-to-end logistics for Parcels across 10+ countries. This strategic role blends high-level planning with hands-on execution to scale a multi-country fulfillment network and optimize cost, service quality, and efficiency.

The role reports to the VP Operations, Parcels, and builds a global team of 15+ across regions. You will drive S&OP, partner governance, and continuous improvement in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Senior logistics/fulfillment leadership experience in e-commerce or CPG.
• Proven multi-country logistics operations with several 3PLs.
• Strong warehouse process design and optimization experience.
• Experience with cross-border/pan-European parcel networks.
• Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
• Strong analytical capability with KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision driving.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a best-in-class fulfillment network (strategy + execution).
• Own and optimize Parcels logistics value chain from inbound to returns.
• Architect and execute logistics strategy for cost efficiency and growth.
• Lead monthly S&OP cadence linking demand, supply, capacity.
• Manage 3PL and carrier ecosystem with governance and negotiations.
• Develop dashboards and operating rhythms for transparency.
• Lead global logistics organization and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure scalable operations with strong unit economics.
