Worldline is seeking a Policy and Escalation Specialist to support the 1st Line of defence risk function in the Fraud Centre of Excellence. You will analyze complex fraud patterns, monitor escalations, and guide teams to prevent financial losses on an international scale.

You will join a diverse team with expertise in card schemes, PSD2, and transaction monitoring, contributing to Worldline’s commitment to secure payments globally. Collaboration and continuous learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional and educational qualifications relevant to this line of work.
• Knowledge of Payment Facilitators and levels of acquiring/issuing banking.
• Ability to work with queue management tools and data analyses.
• Experience with fraud trends, escalation procedures and issuing fraud controls.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Monitor challenging transactions for fraud prevention/detection.
• Handle fraud escalations per procedures and SLAs.
• Research escalations to prevent financial loss.
• Monitor fraud and chargeback ratios and act per policies.
• Avoid SLA breaches during queue handling.
• Guide operational teams on fraud prevention and provide training.
• Raise organizational awareness on risk management and fraud prevention.
