Worldline is seeking a Policy and Escalation Specialist to join our Fraud Centre of Excellence and support the 1st Line of defence in risk management. You will monitor, analyze, and escalate complex fraud cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent financial losses and uphold SLAs.

The role requires 4+ years in finance, risk, or fraud), strong data analytics and Excel skills, and a deep understanding of card schemes and issuing fraud trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional and educational qualifications relevant to risk/fraud management.
• Knowledge of Payment Facilitators and different levels of acquiring/issuing banking, and cooperation/experience with card schemes.
• The ability to work with queue management tools.
• Motivation and passion for the prevention of fraud, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Data analytics and attention to detail are second nature, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with issuing fraud trends and escalation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail.

Responsabilités

• Monitoring challenging transactions in the scope of financial fraud prevention/detection.
• Handling fraud escalations in accordance with organisational procedures and agreed SLA.
• Preventing the company from financial loss by conducting research and data analysis on escalations.
• Monitoring fraud and chargeback ratio and taking appropriate actions in accordance with Worldline policies.
• Avoiding the breach of SLA during queue handling.
• Guiding operational teams in the complexity of fraud prevention and providing training when required.
• Building the organisational awareness in terms of risk management and fraud prevention.
