Jan De Nul Group is seeking a Transport Employee International Export to join the transport department in Hofstade/Aalst. You will handle international transport orders from start to finish, plan and finalize transport files, issue quotations, and manage transport documents while coordinating with carriers, forwarders, and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or several years of international transport experience, fluent Dutch and English, and strong planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an administrative or logistics-related field or relevant international transport experience.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication; ability to manage multiple cases.
• Strong planning and administrative precision.

Responsabilités

• Plan and finalize transport files, send quotations, and draft transport documents.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support processes.
• Create transport orders and monitor costs.
• Liaise with carriers, consignees, forwarders, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and anticipate delays.
• Flexibly support other teams when required.
