Vialto Partners in Belgium is seeking a Junior Labour Law Consultant to join a fast-paced, international employment law team. You will advise on national and cross-border matters, draft contracts and policies, and help clients meet legal obligations while navigating a complex regulatory landscape.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in law, have up to two years of experience, and are fluent in English plus Dutch and/or French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in employment law, HR legal matters or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Support national and international employment law engagements.
• Assist in design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Draft legal advice, contracts, policies, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and monitor developments in employment law.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to serve clients.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop expertise in labour law and global employment services.
