Ayesa Digital is seeking a Data Scientist to join its international team and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into data science hypotheses. You will develop or deploy advanced data mining and ML solutions, while ensuring model governance and regulatory compliance.

You will work with UX/product teams, build data pipelines, and create visualizations to communicate insights. The role emphasizes production-grade modelling, experimentation, and scalable analytics

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics techniques and tools knowledge to design data-driven solutions.
• Experience with ML/NLP models and evaluating model performance.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL for modelling and automation.
• Experience with MLOps practices to ensure reproducibility.
• Strong BI tools knowledge to visualize model outputs.
• Experience with ETL/data engineering to prepare training data.
• Familiarity with data storage and big data tech.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with UX and product teams to specify design requirements for model outputs.
• Develop data pipelines with a focus on feature engineering and data readiness.
• Build, deploy, and monitor ML models and scripts to solve business problems.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and performance.
• Design scalable data stores and analytics architectures for AI workloads.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and model governance documentation.
• Conduct experiments (A/B, cross-validation) to validate findings.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for production models.
