Ayesa Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to join our international team and contribute to collecting and cleansing data from diverse sources. You will analyse datasets, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor insights for non-technical audiences.

You will develop data pipelines, apply statistical methods, and work with Data Engineers on modelling. Strong SQL/Python/R, Excel, and BI tooling are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL/Python/R for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience designing interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake) and cloud data services.
• Familiarity with ETL and data pipelines.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Analyse datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Create dashboards and reports with data storytelling and defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards with documentation and update schedules.
• Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy via quality checks and reconciliation with source systems.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.
• Document methodologies and analysis processes.
• Recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Partner with Data Engineers on data modelling and centralized metrics catalogue.
• Present insights and actionable recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation and optimize for performance.
