Novartis Belux is seeking a proactive analytics and project management professional to plan, deliver and optimize digital marketing initiatives. You will coordinate across brand teams, technical groups and regional/global partners to meet KPIs and deliver high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities include leveraging Python/R/SQL, cloud platforms, and data analytics to drive business insights, while managing stakeholders and ensuring timely deliverables in a multidisciplinary, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-cultural project management and delivery.
• Strong analytics capability with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with cloud/data platforms (AWS, Snowflake) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL for data analysis.
• Fluent English; Dutch or French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage and estimate projects across design, development and production stages.
• Coordinate with Brand teams and global/local stakeholders on planning and delivery.
• Lead multiple projects ensuring timelines and quality objectives.
• Provide analytics support and apply ML techniques for business insights.
• Write clean code in Python/R/SQL and leverage cloud/data platforms.
