EOS is seeking a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee operations across our UK and European Global Data Centres. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage action plans, and ensure delivery of SLA commitments.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with clients and vendors. You will drive project timelines, report progress to leadership, and motivate teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global technical teams supporting server deployments.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation to streamline workflows.
• Track record of managing change control and maintenance in production environments.
• Strong background in service management and customer relationship management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver data centre initiatives.
• Develop project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across sites.
• Oversee resource allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Establish quality controls to meet SLAs and regulatory obligations.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to deliver on schedule.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to leadership.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
