Maersk is seeking a Customs Process Administrator to join its Customs Services team in Antwerp. You will coordinate end-to-end customs services, from order intake to release of goods and clearance, with extensive internal and external training provided.

You will perform timely import/export declarations, manage data reports, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while contributing to projects and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant customs experience or certification is an asset.
• Local customs knowledge is an asset.
• Communicative English and Dutch required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and complete customs clearances and related certificates.
• Understand and perform import/export declarations and transit movements.
• Collate and present data reports to Management and Stakeholders.
• Maintain a first-class relationship with customers and internal teams.
• Proactively lead or participate in customs-related projects.
• Ensure training covers all accounts in the team.
