Umicore Belgium is seeking an Enterprise Security Manager – Crisis and Resilience to enhance security initiatives at their Brussels headquarters. You will lead crisis management design, promote security awareness, and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve resilience.

The role requires over 5 years’ experience in crisis management and a Master’s degree in a related discipline. A competitive salary and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in crisis management, resilience, or security.
• Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
• Proven capability in intelligence gathering and analysis.

• Drive intelligence gathering and analysis for actionable briefings.
• Design and deliver crisis training programs, including workshops.
