Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is seeking a Connectivity Project Leader to accelerate our digital transformation by expanding and governing global fleet connectivity. You will ensure connectivity solutions are deployed, adopted, and integrated, enabling reliable telemetry, smarter decision-making, and scalable digital services.

You will report to the Global Reliability Process Manager and collaborate with regional ops, Product Companies, and data teams to drive value across our worldwide fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills with ability to translate needs into structured projects and roadmaps.
• Proven experience with global projects or transformation programs in international environments.
• Experience with IoT, telemetry, and connectivity projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Global Connectivity Governance: coordinate the global connectivity roadmap and governance.
• Rollout & Expansion Projects: lead global deployments and drive adoption of digital technologies.
• Business Applications & Operational Value: promote telemetry-driven practices and scale best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: serve as the link between regional ops, product companies and data teams.
• Continuous Improvement: enhance connectivity performance and harmonize execution.
