Eurofins seeks a Project Manager (Real Estate) to support operational entities across 57 countries in planning, execution and governance of real estate initiatives. You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, lease commitments, expansions, relocations and CAPEX projects, aligning with Group Real Estate policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Additional Business, Finance, or Management qualification would be considered an asset.
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Consulting, or a related environment.

Responsabilités

• Support real estate projects and transactions across 57 countries.
• Advise local management on acquisitions, disposals, leases, expansions, relocations and consolidations.
• Support CAPEX, reconstruction, refurbishment and development projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Group approval processes and Real Estate Guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Produce investment files and approval requests.
• Maintain and enhance Real Estate databases, reporting tools and project tracking systems.
• Provide guidance and best practices to stakeholders and support decision-making with analyses.
