The role requires 3+ years in logistics or distribution, experience in regulated settings, GMP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP is an asset). Fluent French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in a regulated environment (pharma/biotech/healthcare) preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate international shipments and distribution activities.
• Manage warehousing operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Monitor deliveries and work with transportation providers to resolve issues.
• Maintain logistics documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support SOPs, deviations, investigations, and change controls.
