Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Clinical Data Transparency to lead end-to-end data sharing processes across multiple regions. The role sits within the Clinical Data Standards and Transparency team, with hybrid work (3 days onsite) and responsibilities spanning internal and external data sharing, privacy compliance, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/scientific fields such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
• Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external data sharing requests from receipt to final delivery, ensuring privacy and procedural compliance.
• Supervise vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Act as the primary J&J contact for YODA Project Requests and secure necessary approvals and alignment with policies.
