Lotus Bakeries’ Global Biscoff Engineering Department is seeking a Project Engineer Automation. You will drive automation projects across Biscoff Plants, from scope and budgets to detailed engineering, commissioning and aftercare, coordinating with local technical and operations teams.

Based in Lembeke with willingness to travel to abroad plants, you will build expertise, develop procedures, and stay updated on new technologies in packaging and bakery automation, reporting to the Automation &

Qualifications

Master’s degree in automation with relevant production experience.
Passion for Industry 4.0 and new technologies.
Knowledge of Rockwell and/or Siemens; Beckhoff is a plus.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and flexibility with international cultures.
Based in Lembeke and willing to travel to Biscoff plants abroad.

Responsabilités

Study, execute and/or lead automation engineering projects for Biscoff plants throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with local technical and operational teams; manage scope, budget, tenders, engineering, commissioning and aftercare.
Lead CAPEX and revamping projects across plants in Belgium, US, and Thailand.
Develop and maintain working procedures for automation systems using formal project management processes.
Keep up to date with Industry 4.0 developments and share knowledge within the team.
