Lotus Bakeries seeks a Group ICT Project Lead to manage end-to-end ICT projects across applications, infrastructure and security. You will define scope, develop milestones and lead cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

You bring a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of project leadership experience, with strong stakeholder management. English is essential; Dutch is an asset. The role offers exposure to global IT initiatives within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years in a similar role within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and results-oriented approach.
• Experience with change management and risk management in complex projects.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organized, analytical and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• English full professional proficiency; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Deliver ICT projects within scope, time, budget and quality standards using Lotus Project methodology.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and translate into clear plans with milestones.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement, transparent reporting and proactive communication throughout the project.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, issues and changes to keep projects on track.
• Foster collaboration within teams and motivate members to achieve project outcomes.
