AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. in Antwerp is seeking an Operations Agent Airfreight to coordinate and execute international air freight shipments. The successful candidate will manage customer requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations while working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements include at least 3 years of experience as an Air Freight Forwarder and fluency in English and Dutch. AIT offers benefits in line with PC226 and a solid pension plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Air Freight Forwarder.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Strong PC skills, especially in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute international air freight shipments end to end.
• Manage shipment status and exceptions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with customers and partners, preparing accurate quotations.
