AIT Worldwide Logistics in Antwerp is seeking an Operations Agent Airfreight to coordinate and execute international air freight shipments. The role includes managing customer requirements, preparing quotations, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding, be fluent in English and Dutch, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Air Freight Forwarder.
• Must perform well in a fast pace/high volume work environment.
• Ability to obtain VGB security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute international air freight shipments end to end.
• Prepare and manage profitable quotations.
• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of products and document tracking.
• Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Communicate shipment delays and resolve customer issues.
