Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a specialist to manage reference data for underground infrastructure and civil works in Brussels. You will encode geographical and technical data to improve a specialized asset management system.

Requirements: a Bachelor's degree and hands-on GIS or CAD experience, with databases and interpreting as-built plans. Fluent in French, Dutch and English. Hybrid work with two onsite days per week is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with GIS or CAD environments.
Experience with databases.
Ability to interpret as-built plans and construction designs.
Experience using ticketing systems for task management.
Ability to document complex procedures and work instructions.
Proactive, well-organized and solution-oriented.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Encode new underground infrastructure from geo-schematic to surveyor-measured as-built levels.
Process and encode displacements and repairs of existing underground infrastructure.
Update geographical data related to civil works assets including buildings.
Collaborate with infrastructure project leaders to monitor and manage data delivery.
Maintain project data throughout the lifecycle up to final acceptance of as-built designs.
Organize and optimize data in an operational context to ensure high quality standards.
