DEO.care is seeking a Medical Engineer to enhance operating room efficiency across hospitals in Europe. This role involves data analysis and strategic advice to hospital teams. Candidates should have a technical or medical background and excellent German and English proficiency.

The position offers a full-time hybrid work arrangement, competitive salary, and opportunities for continuous training and international projects.

Qualifications

• Technical or medical background, ideally a master’s degree.
• Experience in consulting, process improvement, and medical technology is advantageous.
• Excellent command of German & English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Italian is plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Capture and analyze process data in operating rooms.
• Translate data into tailored strategies for OR efficiency.
• Advise hospital teams on implementing improvements.
• Build client relationships and contribute to DEO.care’s expertise.
