Ignite in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a Fleet Operations Consultant to connect engineering specialists with corporate transport managers and service centers across our international network. You will own expert guidance, diagnostics, and tailored operational strategies to maximize vehicle uptime and ensure continuous global trade flow.

The role features a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote), a paid onboarding program, and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Czech and Polish (written and spoken) is strictly required.
• Business English (B2 or higher) required to navigate technical systems and document internally.
• Proven analytical problem-solving skills for complex operational bottlenecks.

  • Business English: At least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency is required to navigate technical systems, generate internal documentation, and contribute to global team discussions.
