Warwick Hotels is seeking a seasoned General Manager for Hotel Barsey by Warwick in Brussels. The role leads strategy, guest experience and hotel operations across all departments, with responsibility for commercial performance and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings proven GM experience in upscale hospitality, strong financial discipline, and a hands-on leadership style. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus. Brussels market knowledge is advantageous.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in upscale/boutique hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills (P&L, budgeting, revenue management).
• An inspiring, hands-on leader who stays close to the team.
• Natural sense of service and guest relations.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous and decisive leadership.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch an asset.
• Knowledge of the Brussels market is a plus.

• Monitor online reputation and guest satisfaction; implement action plans.
• Build and manage the annual budget and P&L with strong cost control and profitability focus.
• Set sales and revenue strategy; drive RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
• Grow leisure, corporate and events business and develop local networks.
• Lead recruitment, development and retention of a high-performing team.
• Represent the hotel with guests, partners, owners and local stakeholders; report to regional management.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian labour law and internal procedures.

# General Manager - Hotel Barsey by Warwick## Brussels, Europe---The General Manager is the face and driving force of Hotel Barsey by Warwick.
