Datashift is seeking a GenBI Manager to drive and grow the GenBI capability. You will lead the analytics domain, guide teams, and shape next-generation analytical solutions powered by semantic modelling and modern data engineering.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring client value, quality delivery, and scalable implementations across engagements. Fluency in Dutch and English, with a Master’s degree, is expected.

Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in data & analytics with proven leadership responsibilities.
Experience in building or growing teams, services or capabilities.
Strong affinity with semantic modelling and conceptual data thinking.
Solid grasp of modern analytics engineering principles (SQL, data modelling, cloud concepts, CI/CD).
Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead the GenBI capability within Datashift.
Develop semantic modelling visions and intelligent analytical systems.
Build strong client relationships and translate needs into modern analytical solutions.
Steer project outcomes, team performance and solution quality end-to-end.
Coach consultants and foster an entrepreneurial, quality-driven team culture.
Shape Datashift’s GenBI strategy and represent the vision internally and externally.
